In addition to Vinslövs HK, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Vinslövs HK p03 could be found in Group 3 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 2, Uppsala HK Snabba fötter, Eslövs HF 3, H43 Lund HF 3, Växjö HF 2, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, IFK Kristianstad 3, Kungsängens SK 1 and IF Malmö Redhawks.

Vinslövs HK p03 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK with 9-13. In the Final, IF Swithiod won over IFK Kristianstad 5 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Vinslövs HK also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P03 B-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF 1 with 6-8.
