In addition to IF Malmö Redhawks, 69 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IF Malmö Redhawks could be found in Group 3 together with H 78 Sölvesborg 2, Uppsala HK Snabba fötter, Eslövs HF 3, H43 Lund HF 3, Växjö HF 2, Vinslövs HK p03, Eskilstuna Guif IF 3, IFK Kristianstad 3 and Kungsängens SK 1.

IF Malmö Redhawks continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 5-9. In the Final, HK Malmö won over H 78 Sölvesborg 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

IF Malmö Redhawks also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 C-Slutspel, but lost it against H 78 Sölvesborg 2 with 6-9.
