In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 67 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs HF 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, Uppsala HK Vit, Kungsängens SK 2, Tollarps IF Vit, HK Ankaret BBHF, Åhus Handboll 3, Strömstad HK, Växjö HF 1 and Ystads IF HF Blå.

Eslövs HF 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 4 with 10-11. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Eslövs HF also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Aranäs 1 with 10-13.
