In addition to the two Kungsängens SK teams, 68 other teams played in Pojkar 2003. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kungsängens SK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK 1, Uppsala HK Vit, Eslövs HF 2, Tollarps IF Vit, HK Ankaret BBHF, Åhus Handboll 3, Strömstad HK, Växjö HF 1 and Ystads IF HF Blå.

Kungsängens SK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK Snabba fötter with 9-10. In the Final, HK Aranäs won over IFK Kristianstad 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 2003.

Kungsängens SK also participated in Pojkar 2003 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P03 A-Slutspel, but lost it against IFK Ystad HK with 9-10.
