Genföreningen H43 was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Motionsklass Herrar.

They were divided into 12 different groups, whereof Genföreningen H43 could be found in Group 7 together with DankGang, FC Skeune, Förortsungar...och Tomas and Bartenderöppnarna. Genföreningen H43 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Första målet vinner with 7-12. In the Final, Bygg & Vent i Syd AB won over Förortsungar...och Tomas and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Motionsklass Herrar. Genföreningen H43 comes from LUND which lies approximately 75 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
