Kasztelan was one of 265 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Herrar.

In addition to Kasztelan, 35 other teams played in Öppen klass Herrar. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kasztelan could be found in Group 2 together with Yeet, Cash is King HC, HalmstadBasketKorpenAlfa, Böffes jr and BATMAN.

Kasztelan continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kryssjägarna HK with 12-16. In the Final, Vakant won over Upp med händerna and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Herrar.

Kasztelan comes from Björred which lies approximately 84 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around Björred does also provide 58 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2019 (Among others: Vakant, Vitlökssås med allting på, Staffanstorps HK, Köbepågarna, Republik skrik, Gröna Vagnen, IFK T-Bar, Risifrutti, GW Landskrona HK and Gubbalaget).
