In addition to Kärra HF, 69 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kärra HF could be found in Group 6 together with Huddinge HK 2, H43 Lund HF 2, Skuru IK VIT, H 78 Sölvesborg, Staffanstorps HK Röd, IFK Malmö HF, HK Aranäs 1, Rimbo HK Roslagen and Kristianstad HK 3.

Kärra HF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Haninge HK 2 with 9-11. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.
