In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 67 other teams played in Flickor 2007. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF could be found in Group 6 together with Huddinge HK 2, H43 Lund HF 2, Skuru IK VIT, H 78 Sölvesborg, Staffanstorps HK Röd, Kärra HF, HK Aranäs 1, Rimbo HK Roslagen and Kristianstad HK 3.

IFK Malmö HF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Kärra HF with 6-10. In the Final, Haninge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 1 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 2007.

IFK Malmö HF also participated in Flickor 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in F07 A-Slutspel, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 1 with 6-7.
