In addition to Önnereds HK, 29 other teams played in Pojkar 2001. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK Team Dino could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Kristianstad 2, Åhus Handboll Blå, Borlänge HK Svart, Karlskrona Handboll, IK Bolton 3, H43 Lund HF Migogang, H43 Lund HF 1 H43 Lund Elit, HK Roslagen and Halmstad Handboll 2.

Önnereds HK Team Dino continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Aranäs with 6-7. In the Final, H43 Lund HF 1 Vit won over HK Aranäs and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2001.

Önnereds HK also participated in Pojkar 2001 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P01 B-Slutspel, but lost it against OV Helsingborg HK with 8-13.
