In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Växjö HF 2, Uppsala HK 2, Kristianstad HK Orange, Mölndals HF Röd, HK Aranäs 1 Vit, Haninge HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK svart and HK Silwing-Troja 2.

Eslövs IK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Röd with 7-12. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
