In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Ronneby HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK röd, Spånga HK, Växjö HF 1, Gökstens BK Svart, HK Aranäs 4 Grön, H43 Lund HF Vit and Höörs HK H 65 Svart.

Huddinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK Blå with 8-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
