In addition to the two Växjö teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Ronneby HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK röd, Spånga HK, Gökstens BK Svart, Huddinge HK 2, HK Aranäs 4 Grön, H43 Lund HF Vit and Höörs HK H 65 Svart.

Växjö HF 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 2 with 9-10. In the Final, Eslövs IK 1 won over Ronneby HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
