In addition to the three Växjö teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Alingsås HK 3, Halmstad Handboll grön, Åhus Handboll 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2 Lödde Svart, Hässleholms HF 2, Huddinge HK 1, H43 Lund HF and Höörs HK H 65 2.

Växjö HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 9-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
