In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 48 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK EIK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Kristianstad HK 4, Höörs HK H 65, Ystads IF HF, Lödde Vikings HK Lvhk Röd, Lidingö SK, H43 Lund HF 2 and Uppsala HK 2.

Eslövs IK EIK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad Orange with 8-9. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll won over Alingsås HK F06 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005).
