In addition to the two Silwing-Troja teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Silwing-Troja 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Uppsala HK 1, H43 Lund HF Svart, Uppsala HK 3, Halmstad Handboll, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Önnereds HK, Eslövs IK 3 and Skövde HF.

HK Silwing-Troja 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Gökstens BK Gul with 7-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
