In addition to Halmstad Handboll, 61 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll could be found in Group 1 together with Uppsala HK 1, H43 Lund HF Svart, Uppsala HK 3, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Önnereds HK, HK Silwing-Troja 1, Eslövs IK 3 and Skövde HF.

Halmstad Handboll continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against HF Orust with 6-7. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
