In addition to the two Halmstad teams, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Skuru IK 1, Alingsås HK AHK 05, H43 Lund HF 05, IFK Kristianstad 1, Lunds Beachhandball Club 1 and IFK Tumba HK.

Halmstad Handboll 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll P04 with 9-10. In the Final, Åhus Handboll P04 won over H43 Lund HF 05 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004).
