In addition to the three Halmstad teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll grön could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Alingsås HK 3, Åhus Handboll 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2 Lödde Svart, Hässleholms HF 2, Huddinge HK 1, H43 Lund HF and Höörs HK H 65 2.

Halmstad Handboll grön continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 1 with 7-9. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
