In addition to the three Halmstad teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Halmstad Handboll gul could be found in Group 1 together with Kristianstad HK Orange, Hässleholms HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK 1 Lödde Röd, Huddinge HK 2, Kävlinge HK 2, Mönsterås HK 2 and IFK Ystad HK.

Halmstad Handboll gul continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Lågan Hörby 1 with 4-5. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
