In addition to Särökometernas HK, 61 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Särökometernas HK could be found in Group 2 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, IFK Bankeryd, Ystads IF HF Vit, IK Lågan Hörby, Täby HBK, Kristianstad HK Svart and Haninge HK 2.

Särökometernas HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK with 12-13. In the Final, Eslövs IK 1 won over Ronneby HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
