In addition to Gustavsbergs IF HK, 16 other teams played in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Gustavsbergs IF HK could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus Handboll 2, Ystads IF HF, Kristianstad HK Orange, Växjö HF 1, Mörrums GOIS HK, Alingsås HK, Borlänge HK and IFK Kristianstad 1.

Gustavsbergs IF HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 2 with 12-13. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over IFK Kristianstad 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003).
