In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 50 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF Blå could be found in Group 1 together with H43 Lund HF 2, IFK Kristianstad Orange, Dalby GIF 2, HK Aranäs Blå, Ystads IF HF 4, IK Lågan Hörby 3, Eslövs HF Grön and HK Cliff.

IFK Malmö HF Blå continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 2 with 7-8. In the Final, Huddinge HK Blå won over Vinslövs HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009).
