In addition to the two Hammarby teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hammarby IF HF Vit could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, HF Orust, Stavsten HK 2 Vinröd, VästeråsIrsta HF, Eslövs IK EIK 2, Gustafs GoIF, HF Karlskrona Lag 2, IK Lågan Hörby and Lödde Vikings HK 1.

Hammarby IF HF Vit continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF Vit with 6-12. In the Final, IFK Malmö HF Vit won over IK Lågan Hörby and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006).
