In addition to Hammarby IF HF, 43 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Hammarby IF HF could be found in Group 3 together with Ystads IF HF, Halmstad Handboll 3, IFK Kristianstad 2, Borlänge HK 1, IK Sävehof, Uppsala HK 1, H43 Lund HF 1 and Lödde Vikings HK vikings 1.

Hammarby IF HF continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF 1 with 8-13. In the Final, IFK Tumba HK Blå won over IK Sävehof and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005).
