In addition to the two Önnereds teams, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Önnereds HK 2 could be found in Group 6 together with IK Bolton Svart, Lugi HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, Växjö HF 2, Åhus Handboll 4, Lödde Vikings HK 1 and Ystads IF HF 1.

Önnereds HK 2 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 6. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Halmstad Handboll 2, which they won with 13-12. Thereby Önnereds HK 2 won the entire B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
