In addition to the three Ystads teams, 48 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 6 together with IK Bolton Svart, Lugi HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, Halmstad Handboll 1, Växjö HF 2, Åhus Handboll 4, Lödde Vikings HK 1 and Önnereds HK 2.

Ystads IF HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 7-12. In the Final, Önnereds HK 2 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
