In addition to HF Orust, 46 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Orust could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, Hammarby IF HF Vit, Stavsten HK 2 Vinröd, VästeråsIrsta HF, Eslövs IK EIK 2, Gustafs GoIF, HF Karlskrona Lag 2, IK Lågan Hörby and Lödde Vikings HK 1.

HF Orust continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against KFUM Lundagård with 6-9. In the Final, Falu HK won over KFUM Lundagård and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006).
