In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Eslövs IK 2 Svart, HK Aranäs 2, Tollarps IF 2, Lödde Vikings HK 1 RÖD, Hammarby IF HF 1, H 78 Sölvesborg and Lugi HF 2.

Huddinge HK 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Tollarps IF 1 with 4-8. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 1 RÖD won over Tollarps IF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009).
