In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 1 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Aranäs 3 Blå, HF Orust, Lugi HF 2, Eslövs IK 1, Tollarps IF, Uppsala HK 4, Skuru IK 2 and HK Ankaret.

Huddinge HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF Blå with 6-7. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
