In addition to the four Aranäs teams, 58 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs 3 Blå could be found in Group 4 together with HF Orust, Lugi HF 2, Eslövs IK 1, Huddinge HK 1, Tollarps IF, Uppsala HK 4, Skuru IK 2 and HK Ankaret.

HK Aranäs 3 Blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF Vit with 8-9. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
