Uppsala HK F15 (f. 2007) 4

In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 58 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 4 could be found in Group 4 together with HK Aranäs 3 Blå, HF Orust, Lugi HF 2, Eslövs IK 1, Huddinge HK 1, Tollarps IF, Skuru IK 2 and HK Ankaret.

Uppsala HK 4 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK Blå with 7-9. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
