In addition to the three Uppsala teams, 37 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IK Lågan Hörby, IFK Kristianstad 2, Åhus Handboll 1, Lödde Vikings HK 2, IFK Malmö HF 1, HF Karlskrona, Borlänge HK, IFK Tumba HK Blå and Lugi HF Svart.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 10:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Bankeryd vit with 7-8. In the Final, Växjö HF won over IFK Bankeryd vit and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006).
