In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK UHK-04 could be found in Group 3 together with Norrköpings HK, IK Bolton Skanstull, Rimbo HK Roslagen, Skuru IK 2, Åhus Handboll P04, IK Sävehof and Lunds Beachhandball Club 2.

Uppsala HK UHK-04 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll 2 with 7-11. In the Final, Uppsala HK UHK Blå won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004).
