In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Kristianstad HK, Lugi HF, Lödde Vikings HK Lödde Vikings, Höörs HK H 65 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Eslövs IK and Eskilstuna Guif IF.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 1 with 10-14. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004).
