In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with IK Bolton 1GUL, Gustavsbergs IF HK, IK Lågan Hörby 2, Alingsås HK F06, Mörrums GOIS HK 1, H43 Lund HF 1 and Kristianstad HK 3.

Uppsala HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret Röd with 5-8. In the Final, Huddinge HK 2 won over Ystads IF HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005).
