In addition to the two Uppsala teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 2 could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Tjajorna, Höörs HK H 65 2, Halmstad Handboll 2, Sannadals SK 292 546 828, H43 Lund HF, Åhus Handboll 1, Eslövs IK EIK, Mölndals HF and Staffanstorps HK.

Uppsala HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK with 9-10. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK Tjajorna won over Kristianstad HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004).
