In addition to the four Uppsala teams, 58 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Uppsala HK 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Uppsala HK 1, H43 Lund HF Svart, Halmstad Handboll, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Önnereds HK, HK Silwing-Troja 1, Eslövs IK 3 and Skövde HF.

Uppsala HK 3 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 1 with 8-13. In the Final, Eslövs IK 1 won over Ronneby HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
