In addition to the two Ystads teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF Blå could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Kävlinge HK, Huddinge HK 3, Alingsås HK Blå, Skuru IK 1, Gustafs GoIF, Lugi HF 1 and Åhus Handboll.

Ystads IF HF Blå continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Röd with 10-11. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
