In addition to Gustafs GoIF, 61 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Gustafs GoIF could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Kävlinge HK, Ystads IF HF Blå, Huddinge HK 3, Alingsås HK Blå, Skuru IK 1, Lugi HF 1 and Åhus Handboll.

Gustafs GoIF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 2 with 8-12. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
