In addition to the two Lugi teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Kävlinge HK, Ystads IF HF Blå, Huddinge HK 3, Alingsås HK Blå, Skuru IK 1, Gustafs GoIF and Åhus Handboll.

Lugi HF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF Vit with 7-10. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
