In addition to the three Lugi teams, 37 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lugi HF Vit could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Kristianstad 4, Eslövs HF, Uppsala HK 2, Alingsås HK, IFK Tumba HK Vit, Växjö HF, IFK Bankeryd vit, Åhus Handboll P07 2 and Lödde Vikings HK 1.

Lugi HF Vit made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against RP IF Linköping, which they won with 12-10. Thereby Lugi HF Vit won the entire B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
