In addition to Skuru IK, 48 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Skuru IK could be found in Group 4 together with Höörs HK H 65 1, Åhus Handboll 1, Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå, Växjö HF 3, IK Lågan Hörby 2 and Alingsås HK 2.

Skuru IK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 8-13. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
