In addition to the three Skuru teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Skuru IK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 2, Kävlinge HK, Ystads IF HF Blå, Huddinge HK 3, Alingsås HK Blå, Gustafs GoIF, Lugi HF 1 and Åhus Handboll.

Skuru IK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK röd with 7-11. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
