In addition to the two Haninge teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Haninge HK 2 could be found in Group 2 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, IFK Bankeryd, Ystads IF HF Vit, IK Lågan Hörby, Särökometernas HK, Täby HBK and Kristianstad HK Svart.

Haninge HK 2 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 Röd with 5-6. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
