In addition to the two Kristianstad teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK Svart could be found in Group 6 together with Alingsås HK 1, KFUM Kalmar HK 2, Vinslövs HK VHK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Eslövs IK Svart, HK Ankaret RÖD, Hammarby IF HF and IFK Bankeryd BLÅ.

Kristianstad HK Svart continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 1 with 4-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
