In addition to the three Alingsås teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with KFUM Kalmar HK 2, Vinslövs HK VHK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Eslövs IK Svart, HK Ankaret RÖD, Kristianstad HK Svart, Hammarby IF HF and IFK Bankeryd BLÅ.

Alingsås HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK 3 with 6-10. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
