In addition to the four Aranäs teams, 58 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Aranäs 1 Vit could be found in Group 7 together with Växjö HF 2, Uppsala HK 2, Kristianstad HK Orange, Mölndals HF Röd, Haninge HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK svart, HK Silwing-Troja 2 and Eslövs IK 2.

HK Aranäs 1 Vit continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK 2 with 7-9. In the Final, Ystads IF HF Vit won over Alingsås HK Blå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
