In addition to the two Silwing-Troja teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof HK Silwing-Troja 2 could be found in Group 7 together with Växjö HF 2, Uppsala HK 2, Kristianstad HK Orange, Mölndals HF Röd, HK Aranäs 1 Vit, Haninge HK 1, Lödde Vikings HK svart and Eslövs IK 2.

HK Silwing-Troja 2 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 2 with 6-9. In the Final, Eslövs IK 1 won over Ronneby HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
