In addition to HK Silwing-Troja, 15 other teams played in Herrar Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof HK Silwing-Troja could be found in Group 1 together with Dalby GIF, Uppsala HK UHK-04, Åhus Handboll, Halmstad Handboll 1, Tollarps IF 1, HK Malmö and IFK Kristianstad 1.

HK Silwing-Troja made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 1 with 12-15. Thereby HK Silwing-Troja finished second in H19-20 (f. 2002-2003) A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
