In addition to Dalby GIF, 15 other teams played in Herrar Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Dalby GIF could be found in Group 1 together with HK Silwing-Troja, Uppsala HK UHK-04, Åhus Handboll, Halmstad Handboll 1, Tollarps IF 1, HK Malmö and IFK Kristianstad 1.

Dalby GIF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Uppsala HK with 6-7. In the Final, Vinslövs HK won over Uppsala HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Herrar Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003).
